Dozens of students and employees are expected to visit Mercy Heritage Room on Tuesday, Feb. 18, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., to explore resources and strategies for leading healthier lives at the universitys annual Wellness Fair.

Hosted by Campus Health and Well-being, the event features a variety of interactive booths and activities designed to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

We want to make wellness accessible and fun for our community, said Director Sue Sweeney. "Were excited to have over 20 campus and community wellness resource partners participating in this years fair."

Heres a preview of what you can expect:

AHN nurses will offer blood pressure assessments along with health guidance.

Exercise Science will provide strength, flexibility, and physical activity assessments, along with personalized feedback.

Art Therapy will lead a creative activity designed to help reduce stress.

Parkhurst Dining Services will host three stations in the Grotto focused on healthy eating choices. Get your card stamped at all three stations and bring it to the Wellness Fair to be entered in a drawing.

NAMI of Erie will invite attendees to participate in an activity centered around sharing your self-care habits.

E.A.R.S. will bring a couple of their rescue bunnies for petting and will share their mission.

"We hope to see you there for a day full of health, wellness, and community connection," Sweeney said.
